Ashlin Process Servers
Process serving is a high-volume business with a low-tolerance clientele. The site had to do both.
Challenge
Process servers run on referrals from law firms — and law firms don't have time to wait. The old site couldn't take a service request online, couldn't answer the phone after court hours, and made the operations team manually triage every email at 8 a.m. They were leaking time and looking smaller than they were.
Approach
Build a site that intakes service requests like a legal-tech product, not a brochure. We added structured intake forms that capture the data process servers actually need (court, county, deadline, party type), Voice AI for after-hours intake, and a GHL pipeline that routes assignments to field servers by geography.
The Build
Custom WordPress with a structured-intake form replacing the legacy email-only path. Voice AI fields after-hours requests with a legal-domain dialog flow that captures the same fields the form does, then drops to the same pipeline. GHL routes assignments to the right server by ZIP. Managed hosting because legal data needs daily backups and security scanning, not optional add-ons.
What changed.
Voice AI takes intake when court runs late and the office is closed.
Service requests auto-route to the field server closest to the address.
Forms capture exactly what the team needs — no more half-information emails to chase.
Managed hosting with daily backups and Immunify360 — appropriate for handling legal data.
