Challenge
Storm season turns roofing companies into call-center disasters. Best Performance was losing leads after-hours and on the weekend, and their old site couldn't capture the homeowners who'd already decided to file a claim — it just had a contact form that emailed someone in the morning.
Approach
We rebuilt the site as a Smart Site with a single conversion-focused architecture: above-the-fold quote form, service-area pages keyed to the local SERPs, and trust signals (license, insurance, reviews) on every template. Then we wired Voice AI to the main number so any call after hours gets answered in one ring, qualified, and dropped into the GHL pipeline with a follow-up SMS already scheduled.
The Build
Custom WordPress theme, no template bloat. Voice AI handles inbound triage with a roofing-specific dialog flow — "shingle or metal," "insurance or out of pocket," "how soon." GHL pipeline books estimates against the foreman's calendar and sends SMS confirmations. Local schema and review markup feed Google. Hosted on managed cPanel with daily backups and Immunify360.
